What kind of people we look for at Brandis

Two years ago, around this time, we opened a position at Brandis.

133 people applied.

We hired one.

Not because the others weren’t good.

Some had strong portfolios. Some had impressive visuals.

But we were not hiring for visuals.

We were hiring for mindset.

We chose the person who saw design as problem-solving.

Not styling. Not decoration.

Business thinking translated into form.

Two years later, that decision proved right. We built alignment. We built trust. We built a shared way of approaching projects.

That matters more than talent alone.

At Brandis, we don’t operate from “we can’t.”

If something is unclear, we question it.

If something looks fixed, we challenge it.

If something seems impossible, we test it.

Our growth didn’t come from inspiration.

It came from thinking.

We are looking for someone who:

– is solution-oriented

– is bold enough to question

– sees branding as a discipline, not a trend

– understands that creativity without structure has no value

– knows this is not art, it’s responsibility

Branding influences decisions. Positioning. Negotiation power. Reputation.

Especially in Romania, where this discipline still has years of development ahead.

One of our ambitions at Brandis is simple:

to build coherent, value-driven brands here. For companies that take themselves seriously.

In the first stage, yes, we filter by experience and portfolio.

But the real difference is in how you think.

70 applications in 4 days.

We will choose carefully.

If this sounds demanding, it is.

If it sounds like you, apply.
